My Laziness is a Thing of Wonder
Too lazy to make a sandwich but ended up dipping slices of cheese in coconut oil. After eating a few spoonfuls of peanut butter. My dessert is a cigarette. It was amazing.

Too much salmon/slamon oil?
I have recently discovered my incredible love for salmon. Specifically, wild sockeye and coho. In fact, I want to eat it almost everyday. It's not really a bad thing, but I also take fish oil supplements - can one actually consume too MANY Omega-threes? Isn't there supposed to be a balance of 6 and 3s, and if so how would…

Keto Casseroles
I've been 'victim' recently to carb creep - I've been working about 68 hours a week and haven't had the time to make lunch or dinner so I've been hitting up fast food places. I know that you can theoretically eat ketogenically at, say, Mcdonalds but I need to also save some money. I do have time on Sundays to prepare food…

Turkey smoothie
I'm going to prepare a really healthy Thanksgiving dinner this year. I know if I just juice everything, it'll be lower in calories and I won't even have to chew! First, you take: One cooked turkey 1 lbs of stuffing 1 can of jellied cranberry sauce biscuits (the US kind, not the weird English ones that are really cookies)…

Lamb fat - what to make?
I've recently been blessed with a lot of lamb fatty trimmings to render into cooking fat. I've never actually used lamb fat for cooking, so does anyone know what it tastes good with? Eggs, maybe? Stir fry? Pancakes? Help.

I have GOT to stop doing this, but...
It's been my personal alternative to chocolate milk or ice cream. I keep drinking 4-5 ounces of heavy cream with a bit of sugar-free chocolate mixed in for flavor. I've been waking up a bit too late recently for work, so I gulp down a glass of this. It's ridiculously good, it tastes like melted ice cream. Does anyone else…

Sea Bass recipes?
I've been fortunate enough to acquire some fresh sea bass - does anyone have any good recipes? I normally only eat salmon and I really have no idea how to cook this or what spice to use. Thanks.

Breakfast Explosion
This is a cross between a crustless quiche and a meatloaf. I had to come up with something keto-friendly while getting up at 3:30am to get to work on time. This is about 5 servings. If you are gluten-intolerant, you can sub out the flour for another thickener. Ingredients: 10 large eggs 5 strips of bacon 4 sausage patties…

Whitefish with the highest omega threes?
I'm not much of a fish eater, but I have been recently compelled to include more in my diet. I prefer white, mild fish, but the fish I do eat (whiting) doesn't appear to have a high omega three content. Any suggestions for a mild whitefish with high omega threes (not salmon, please) would be great. Thank you.

Palm Oil - Opinions?
I'd like to start eating palm oil - the unrefined red kind - and was wanting to know if anyone has had it, what they thought about it, and how it tasted to them. Would it be something to cook eggs in? Thanks....

What do YOU eat most often?
Someone mentioned in a recent thread (I can't remember which, unfortunately) that most people eat only about three dozen different types of food on a regular basis. It got me thinking, what do I eat most often and should I change it up a bit? How much variety do I REALLY have? Is it even three dozen kinds of food that I…

Stalled :(

Fat-free Greek Yogurt is an abomination
...with apologies to those who like it...but I just can't stand it, it tastes like chalk. Are there any other brands of full-fat Greek yogurt besides The Greek Gods? I can't seem to find any others.

Ohhh...god, I ate too much....
Check out my diary to see the damage I've done. It was a birthday AND a holiday today! D: MADNESS. MFP said if I ate like this every day, I'd weight over 4,000 lbs in 5 weeks!

Help me love poultry
I need some good tasting recipes for chicken/turkey. I really love beef and lamb and I eat a lot of meat - probably 2-3 pounds in a week. It's getting expensive, though. Short of fried chicken, I just don't get very excited about most poultry. Does anyone have any tips for making a quick, good-tasting chicken/turkey dish?

Long cardio sesions and Plantar fasciitis

Alternative eggs - duck, quail, etc.
I recently bought some duck eggs and they are delicious. I do not worry about dietary cholesterol, but man do these things have a lot! Has anyone else tried any other types of eggs besides chicken eggs? If so, please tell me any good recipes or experiences you've had. :)
