I've been fortunate enough to acquire some fresh sea bass - does anyone have any good recipes? I normally only eat salmon and I really have no idea how to cook this or what spice to use. Thanks.

If it's the Chilean sea bass that I used to get before it practically went extinct, it's perfectly delicious and buttery baked all by itself, or brushed with a little soy sauce and lemon juice before baking.

If it's a whole fish, this is beautiful (I hope this works as it's got swearing in its name!)

seabass is very tasty fish itself, that doesn't need any extra flavourings, so good old salt, pepper and lemon will be fine. if it's a whole fish, put parsley sprig and lemon wedge inside, season well, wrap in foil or baking paper and bake in oven. if you got fillets, just panfry, add lots of black pepper and squeeze of lemon.
