As a kid, I loved making scrambled eggs and putting Miracle Whip on them. It makes my stomach turn now. Also used to love ketchup on rice. I still like it though. Nowadays I just eat chicken breast and ribeyes.

I dislike eggs first thing in the morning. I find that a steak works well.
-
Yes this happens to me. I just eat what I want within reason and drink lots of water and add extra time to the workout. This too shall pass. Only 5 ish days. You'll get through it.
-
Yeah, as long as the meal plan is solid I can and DO eat the same things day in day out.

Coffee

A fine snack

Nothing wrong with it, just drink more water.

Frozen vegetables tend to be cheap and are oftentimes just as nutritious as fresh. Buy meat in bulk and when marked down (like manager's specials) and eggs are your friend.

With PCOS, a ketogenic diet has worked best for me personally. I can't guarantee the same for you but I do know of a lot of success stories on that and low-carb for those with PCOS.

Nice lipstick!

No kidding. It's not just on the OP to be an adult in a two person relationship, because you'd think a reasonable compromise of putting his stuff in his own special cabinet, but still having it accessible for himself would be just fine but judging by some of the reactions here to a legit question god FORBID the other…

The green lentils have the lowest carb count per serving, and highest protein and fiber.

As a smoker, when I was once really broke (and only had money for food), doing something similar to those actions occurred to me to get my fix. But then again, I reasoned it was stupid to do something so extreme for a legal substance that I could walk into almost any store and purchase. Now, I didn't steal or anything but…

If you get that scale and still find that there are some issues, you might want to adjust your macros.

Meat.

Chia seeds and lentils are good sources of vegan protein without too many carbs.

I would include more protein-rich meals, that can satisfy everyone's needs, and you just take a bit less.

Took it back when it was just phentermine. I will say that it is a tool, not an answer. It will help you control your appetite, but it will NOT teach you good habits. Please be sure to take advantage of that time you've got, the relief from appetite so you can learn healthy, balanced dietary choices and do them every day…

I would warn myself to believe the doctors next time.

Aspartame is a protein so it technically has caloric content. However, it's so negligible in a can of diet soda that it's effectively 0.

Instead of craving cupcakes, I now crave ribeyes. I think about ribeyes a lot now.

LOL. I don't poop, silly Also, the cigarette is loaded with fiber.

1 cup full fat greek yogurt Half an avocado a bit of pineapple juice half a banana a splash of milk, cream or water if necessary Blend in a, uh, blender. Drink.

If you are determined to stick with the whole30, I would suggest eating more starch and carbs from paleo sources. Grains do not have the monopoly on those things.

No, not this. He's got a medical condition that does not allow eating those items regularly. Life isn't fair.

not for a diabetic. that sort of thinking makes management of diabetes more difficult and more damaging then it needs to be.
-
Denial. An A1c that's acceptable can be quite a large range. especially for a diabetic that is on 3 different medications...standards for a1c are lowered. how long has he been diabetic? Feel free to private message me if you want.

Haha, yes, I get it. I avoid preservatives in my sausage patties as well.

I am pre-diabetic, and my parent is a Type 1. As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I have seen the terrible effects of chronically high blood glucose. Continue to be 'militant' because those foods are completely off the table for medical reasons. It's mostly sugars and starches that non-insulin dependent…

Also would suggest the ketogenic diet for a short period of time.
