Where my ladies at?! I need some helpful tips on losing weight and keeping it off with PCOS. What has worked for you?? Also, looking for some friends to keep me honest! :)

    With PCOS, a ketogenic diet has worked best for me personally. I can't guarantee the same for you but I do know of a lot of success stories on that and low-carb for those with PCOS.

    I eat very little bread, more fruit and protein. I eat protein with every snack and meal whether it's eggs or cheese strings. And I weigh most of my food!

    Eating less, moving more, like everybody else :) Unless you suspect you have also some other metabolic issue, which is possible with PCOS, in which case you need to have it checked by the dr and see if dietary limitations apply. In general, there are no food limitations. And make sure you increase your physical activity, moderate exercise is one of the most important factors in controlling PCOS, regardless of weight.
