I mean, I personally don't have a problem with touching up cellulite, or brightening eyes up a bit. But shaving off parts of the waist so they look like an ideal (yet impossible in real life) woman is truly repulsive, and, I'd imagine, insulting to the model or celeb that worked hard to get a nice looking body naturally.

I understand, but you'd be surprised just how much of the general population has a metabolic disorder. Still a minority, of course, but growing.
-
They are special if you have a metabolic disorder, sorry.

Hell, I'd sooner eat just the yolk!

The egg will never leave you for another egg. The egg is faithful. The egg is loyal. The egg attends church every Sunday.

I think this depends. For example, I have about 900 calories left (as of this posting) for the day. My goal is 1600, but I just ate a 1000 calorie meal and I don't plan on eating any more today because I'm super full. I also just spent an hour at the gym, so I'm hoping that someone wouldn't drop me if I did that on a…

LOL, love all this eggwhite stuff. I eat two whole duck eggs plus maybe one chicken egg, 1.5 ounces of full fat cheese, sometimes bacon or sausage. I usually use cream in my eggs to fluff them up. And a sliced apple or something on the side. Sometimes I'll throw in half a pound of ground beef in the eggs. It's about a 900…

While I'm not on Atkins, I have read the book cover to cover several times. He mentions the fluid shift on multiple occasions.

Sounds like something else is going on with them, ow-ow.

Pro: Good protein Con: Getting thrown in jail for eating a vegan

A dog can get away with a vegan diet, considering that they're technically omnivorous (although they have a carnivorous bias). With a cat? No. A vegan diet is animal abuse. It is completely out of the realm of what a healthy feline diet is, and I'd run away from any vet that recommended it.

Okay, not sure if this has been mentioned yet in this thread but they do not put 'ash' in pet food. It's what's left over after the food has been 'burned' for a nutritional analysis. Basically 'ash' is anything that's not protein, fat, or fiber in pet food.

Wow! That's quite an impressive list! Someday I hope to get to that level of vegetable consumption. :)

Probably 12k+ when I was eating the way I used to eat. Papa Johns would send me sooooo many free offers....

most sugar most starch no rice most grains] I really can't handle these things biologically, nothing to do with this mystical 'moderation'

Oh snap, really? I have a friend that lives in Ballarat! :)

LOL, I was thinking she lived in Australia or something. But to the OP, sometimes I guzzle a half gallon down at a time and pretend I'm Superman as I do it because Superman can drink the ocean. Yes, I really do use that mental trick. :3

My understanding is that too much protein in the absence of enough fat or fiber can cause a blood sugar spike. So you could spread your protein out through the day or eat it all at bedtime like someone else suggested. :)

I like to make deviled eggs with mayo only. :D Its a gooood snack!

I hate oatmeal too, so for awhile I would make onigiri (riceballs) the night before and stick 'em in the fridge. I love rice.
-
Yeah, I stick to that. :)

Duck egg lovers represent! I love them, I only need two to fill me up versus three or more chicken eggs!
-
I love spuds too. Too bad they eff up my insulin levels, being pre-diabetic and all....
-
Or, you can just do it legally and get a doc to write you a script for some adderall. ;)

I buy the local version from a local baker and it does not come pre-sliced that way. That might be the pictures you've seen.

It looks good to me. I'd maybe suggest a hard-boiled egg in the morning for some quick protein. And I'm also glad to see that you're upping your calories to a more substantial amount. Good job so far.

I never truly liked oatmeal. It looks like puke.

Sweet'n'Low has always been my go-to. It's also been around the longest, I think.
