1st Feb: 266.4 2nd Feb: 262.6 3rd Feb: 260.2 Another good day. Lately I am doing around 20:4 intermittent fasting. I've not been in the mood for breakfast so I'm only eating two meals and a few snacks a day but I'm making sure I eat enough calories still.
