Yes I am trying to lose 50 pounds but every time i get on the scale it seems like i can't lose a pound, i work out monday through friday and eat better and drink at least 10 glasses if not more of water. I am getting a little bit discouraged with myself.

I had homemade chili for supper. Made with turkey burger, tomato juice, kidney beans (drained juices first) and whole wheat spaghetti.
