IM NEW and looking for healthy recipes
Hi I am new this site. I have started a workout regimen and want to lose at least 50 pounds want to lose a lot more but 50 is a good start. I need friends to encourage me through this struggle that i have had for the last 7 years. I also would love to have some new healthy recipes if anyone would like to share.
