Last week didn't go as planned. Back on track this week. Fasted yesterday and fasting again today and it is going great. I think I've finally got my mojo back.

Well done. Last week was not a good week food wise. So it's anew start again this week. Fasting today and doing good so far. Did some swing kicks as well.

Yes it is called the 5:2 fast diet. You eat 500 calories(women) 600 calories(men) 2 days and the remaining 5 days you eat your TDEE. I have been doing it properly from sept and lost 4.2kg to end of 2015. I like it as it's quite flexible.

Unfortunately I have not lost but put on. I normally weigh in on Saturday but decided to change to Monday to see if it will help in eating less over the weekend. Big mistake not a good idea right now. So will change back to Saturday weigh in now.

Morning all. The week has been good. Completed both fasts for the week and have done IF most of the week(tweeted to my liking- minimum 12 hour fast) A bit of walking here and there but not too much and some body strength exercises- trying to use my TRX. 0.7kg loss so far. Will update later on on Monday. Have a good weekend…

It great to see determination and great focus. I am doing fine I did both my 5:2 fasts for the week and stuck to tdee as well on other days. IF is going ok as well ( my way - anything after 12hr is good for me) . Exercise I do a little bit of walking not much and incorporate some strength/ body exercises as well. So far…

I've just finished my second fast of the week. It was rough going today wanted to eat but made do with lots of warm water and coffee and instead of a snack and a main meal I sort of grazed from noon to dinner time but still managed to do a good fast. Fast went well. So pretty happy as I went out to a friend house and I stuck to within my 500 calorie for the day.

Hi all. Presently weigh 177 and goal for 10 weeks is to get to 166. That is 1lb per week. Will be doing 5:2 and intermittent fasting to get the weight off. Good luck everyone
