I just did the scoobie calculation, it said 1500... can I eat at this level and still lose fat/weight fast? MFP says 1200 for 2lbs a week, which is my temporary goal,

I've always wanted to try IF. I skip breakfast, I don't have a set time that I eat however. Do you do cardio or lift in a fasted state?

Thank you! I'm already eating very healthy, high protein, low carb. All natural fruits, veggies, chicken, and shrimp, occasional brown rice. Do you know what a reasonable weight loss goal is for a month of doing this?

Thanks for the advice! I wish you luck with insanity! I actually completed 31/2 weeks of insanity about 3 separate times... and quit because I got bored! lol I'm going to try the erratic schedule that you came up with, except I'd like to lift weights in between my cardio days. Thanks!
