  • I've been there & can totally relate. Waking up in the morning feeling bloated, heavy and guilty after eating way too much of everything I'd just the morning before told myself I'd avoid. Dreading getting dressed, nothing fit right but I was too ashamed & disappointed in myself to actually buy a bigger wardrobe. Waiting…
  • I'm 5'8", just reached 160lbs down from 195lbs :) I was a 12 from 195-185, 10 from 185-165, and now I'm an 8. In tops I'm a medium in short sleeves and Large in long sleeves, because I hate it when the sleeves aren't long enough ;P
  • I have the same issue, love my morning coffee but can't drink it black. My solution was to find a quality chocolate protein drink & mix it with my coffee and have a big breakfast mocha.

Maybe she figures he's actually a really great guy under all his insecurities that cause him to act out . . . . Maybe he's super hot and and maybe she thinks the good, charming, charasmatic side of him, out weighs the annoying,…

  • Congrats on the 74lbs lost! That's amazing  I just joined last week too, and I've found a post that was REally helpful: it's under general diet and weight loss help, called: In Place of a road map 2.0. It explains sustainable weight loss, including those last few pounds. Before I read through that post (It's long) I…

  • Great thread  I'm 5'8", 32, a mother of 2, and I currently weigh 195lbs. My goal is 140lbs. I haven't been there since playing volleyball in highschool, but I am determined to get back to that place again!! I just started using MFP last week so I haven't got any progress pics yet. All the pics posted here are Very…
