concur with McMillen, I log coffee, protein drinks, tea, etc as water intake but do count the calories under whatever meal that was. sodas, milk, alcohol on the other hand I don't. your choice

A lot of solid advice. My 2 cents, don't remind him or get a gift. Your wedding day is a few months away and should be the focus for you both. Small intimate dinner ls the way to go. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding ( l have been married for over 18 yrs)

I'm older so more old school metal: Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, and 2 Brazilian bands: Sepultura and RDP. However, I don't mind the newer stuff when and if they actually play it in the gym. Korn, Slipknot, etc

I take Armour as well 105mg (90 + 15), metformin 1000, fortesta as well and doc trying to figure out why my cortisol level is still high (undiagnosed for now). Was on 175mg levothyroxine but changed to armour in december and doing a lot better

Feel free to add me if you'd like or anyone else that wants to. I log in numerous times a day and keep track of all food and exercises. All of us can always use some more friends and motivation!

I have been diagnosed with it the past 3 years...up to 175mcg on synthroid a day and losing weight is extremely diffucult... there is a group that talks about hypothyroid in MFP.....(hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism)..just do a search and join in for advice and support..good luck. v/r Rico

I have been wondering about all those who switched also. I'm up to 175mcg on synthroid and it seems like this level kind of works but I struggle with losing any weight despite low calories and moderate exercise. I moved from miami to tucson so hopefully the new doc at this base is open to using armour.

To all, thanks for the tips and suggestions. Trying this now as I have been directed by my base to do this. I eat below 1500 calories, almost no carbs (except fruits); no sugars; no breads, and exercise (elliptical and walking 4 to 5 times a week) with not much results. weight comes and goes but I believe my meds are…
