I also need to lose some of this weight. My Dr said if I lost 15 lbs, he would be happy with me. I have until the first week in May to do this and I believe that it is very reasonable to get the 15 lbs off by then.

I worried about my late night snacking too until I talked to my nutritionist about it. She said it was ok, mainly because I eat dinner at 6 and don't go to sleep until 11 PM, then having breakfast at 7:30 or 8 AM was too long to go without eating.
