Although you cant spot reduce, ive been told chest exercises helps with speeding up fat loss in that area, ive been trying it myself and have lost a few inches around the bust.

for now maybe walk in place indoors? there are several videos on youtube regarding walking indoors. It really does burn a lot more calories than it sounds. :)

Being thats its your second day im not sure why he would have deleted you, but there are people that can be quite unsupportive on here. Personally, I only delete people when they are unactive (havent logged in for weeks).

Ok, this post answered my question. Obviously you do/can see when something can be misconstrued as offensive!.. Just dont answer their messages, if I were single and on a dating site I would be really hurt if someone replied to tell me im too big to qualify for a conversation or anything else. I do see your side of things…

I am someone who is technically in the obese category AND works in health care.. have you ever considered if your posts might be offensive to anyone?

Not all of us are saying that.. hes entitled to his opinion but what good is it to hurt peoples feelings. If he isnt attracted to them, fine.. dont talk to them.

^ Couldnt agree more!.. nobody is perfect, if your not attracted to them and see no desire to want to meet or talk to them then simply dont reply to their messages. Messaging them specifically to tell them that you find them repulsive due to their weight is just rude and in bad taste.

At first I had to put lemon juice in my water, otherwise I couldn't get it down... now im ok with drinking it plain. Id try lemon juice or crystal light... also the nice thing with the lemon is it does all sorts of great things for your body and immune system! =)

I used a military body fat calculator, then I chose to reverse it and let it tell me my "lean body mass"... then it spat out that a healthy weight for my body composition is 150lbs. =) P.S im 22, 5"3, 213lbs.

30 day shred. Ive done tons of workout dvds and I find this one to be fun and challenging. I also like insanity but i find it challenging to the point of quitting so I cant say its my fav.

I know you said you dont have time, but youd be amazed at how successful a workout can be in a short amount of time. I do a 20min workout each night (and then add more in) but in that 20 min I do get a great burn. Id say do what you can even if its only 5 minutes.

Ive been using bio oil on my tummy and my inner thighs and I do have to say its been working wonderfully. Ive never had children but I do have the "growth" marks from getting too big too quickly and so far im seeing them fade rather quickly. =)

Im just starting out with weights, ive only been using them for a few days now in my nightly routine but I use 8lbs. I don't own very many so my next step up from there is 12lbs lol.

Today I made two open faced sandwiches on whole grain rice cake. it was surprisingly really delicious and filling. The two rice cakes together were 80calories, 16g carbs, 2g protein, and zero everything else (including sodium which is why i love them so much!).

I think its personal choice, some aren't morning people and so they would do better with some breakfast and a later workout, where as some enjoy just getting up and going. I think it depends how energetic you are in the morning, if your too tired and lethargic you may want to eat some breakfast for energy before working…

When I lose the weight the first thing Im doing is having my breast measurements taken at PINK. Not only is my goal to lose between 80 and 100lbs but also to go from a DDD chest to a C or B, SOOO im hoping that when i do reach my weight goal ive also reached my chest size goal. haha

I just spent $1200 on my family for Christmas (but this is a big family.. mom, dad, boyfriend, boyfriends mom, dad, step mom and sister, and his grandma) lol.. plus my pets!

Currently Im doing insanity, I also try to incorporate a walk or treadmill into my routine for extra cardio. I just finished a detox which helped me lose 8lbs but of course insanity has made the scale go up 2 (im trying to tell myself its not fat). I also kicked the drinks and stick to water now!
