Hello! I have another 90lbs to go before my goal weight. SW: 230lbs CW: 214lbs I'm always up for more friends! I too enjoy being friends with similar goals!

I still get out and walk even when its -40C. Canada can have extremely cold winters and you either have to workout inside or bundle the heck up and walk vigorously to heat up your body (I dont recommend running though... because usually with cold comes ice and injuries)

Its a hard question to answer and your likely to get pages upon pages of people debating with each other. Id say ( and im no expert ) try it out and see how it works for you, give it a couple weeks. You can always adjust things if you dont like the results.

Kudos to you for doing insanity. I did month one with my bf, and were are waiting until Nov 12 to restart and do it all the way through. I was seeing great results with it so id say keep it up and even if you have to break 19339 times... at least your doing it!

Google "brazil butt lift"... its a workout program, and it works great.

Same problem. I follow MFP very closely, it has me eating 1200 cal/day to lose 2lb/week. I always eat back my exercise calories. Im at 213 right now.

That used to happen to me when I was younger, I started taking BC when I was 18 (im 22 now) and it has kept things regular ever since. I highly recommend BC for that reason alone. =)

I think your waitress is just dumb. Im from Alberta, if you go to dennys (like someone else said) they will make it for you like that.

That was totally uncalled for. I can relate to your situation though, although I have never had the pleasure of seeing instant results I can see how that would make things easier to stick to. My best advice is to keep at it, you look like your doing fantastic! :)

Absolutely not!.. I hate them. I have to do them on my knees as well and i cant do very many. In fact, my arms and back are killing me from doing them last night. I keep telling myself the same thing.. keep at it and youll get better. Its frustrating at first but I think it will be worth it in the end.

If i never interact with this person, If they have gone MIA for weeks and weeks, if they are actively partaking in an unhealthy lifestyle (ie, anorexia, or bulemia) or if they are insulting to others.
