I still eat bread, and other carbs (including white rice, and pizza).. the only difference between then and now is that i now eat it in moderation. I will have at most two slices of bread a day, and its usually rye or some other multigrain variety. I will spoil myself with pizza as long as it fits into my calorie budget…

I agree with the above, pre log and pre pack. I dont eat it if its not in my diary and if i need a reminder of why im doing this then i look back at my starting pictures which I keep on my phone, or i look at some fitspiration on tumblr. congratulations!.. I myself started at 230lbs, and got down to 199.. i remember that feeling. its a freakin good one!.. unfortunately for me, i ended up gaining a bunch back due to stress in my life. Im now back on the road to the one hundreds. Keep at it, your doing fabulous and I cant wait to join you in "one-derland". :D

You burn calories constantly... to breath, to move, to blink, to use your organs. Your body continues using your organs, breathing, moving, etc during sleep, thus, you continue to burn calories. This is what your BMR is, its how many calories your body burns a day just to function.

great job!.. i am 217 and have a goal weight of 125. Its great to see that getting down into the 1-hundreds isnt impossible, but it sure feels that way sometimes.

I have three! a 5yr old black and white american short hair named Ebby, a 3 yr old grey tabby named Bella (Isabella.. and NO not because of twilight lol) and a 1 yr old orange tabby named Charlie.

I keep mine open. If I know people are looking at it then i am more likely not to cheat on high calorie/fat foods.
