Google the exercises and add them to MFP as custom. I've run into that problem as well. Good Luck!

I'm so glad I'm not the only confused fitbit-er! I ended up taking the fitbit off for weight related classes (cardio strength & body pump), yoga and spinning, then enter the exercise separately. I also log all the exercise on the fitbit site since I couldn't stand looking at negative numbers on my home page. This method…

Professional ice skater a la Dorothy Hamill. (Yeah I'm old LOL). When I realized that I started to late, I was willing to settle for skating as a hamburger in the Ice Capades. (I think McDonald's was featured on the ice that year) I did neither, but I do skate from time to time.

I prefer steel cut oatmeal as well. I don't cook it all the way so it is chewy then add blueberries, cinnamon, ground flax seeds and a splash of low fat milk or almond milk. I know others who prefer to workout on an empty stomach, however I've not been able to do that and my trainer doesn't recommend it. I think you're fine.

I also have arthritis in both knees. I have found that wearing the proper athletic shoes is a must with a smooth bottom shoe in which you can pivot safely prevents torking your knees. I had to try three different pairs before finding the best ones for myself. Read recommendations online at the Zumba sites, and Zappos.…
