Hi, I'm 45 and I too find it harder to lose weight and keep my energy up. I finally decided that this year I will take better care of myself. I have cut down on sugar, and eat regular meals (no skipping breakfast!!) and already I feel so much better.

I would suggest whey, as soy is very genetically modified and can wreck havoc on hormones.

Insanity workouts are great cardio. If you are running, your knees should be able to handle the Insanity cardio workouts.
