Energy come from 2 sources, the first and easiest is carbs, the second and harder is fat. You have reduced carbs, you must increase fat... No carbs and no fat equals no energy.

Coffee amount is about 20 oz... Butter is about 15 grams, coconut oil is about 15 grams, HWC is a tablespoon. I do not limit coffee and may drink upward of 60 ounces in a day.

Depends on where you want the bulk of your calories. Have 1 BPC ealy morning about 350 calories. At 10 I have bruncj about 500 calories at 4 PM I have dinner about 500 calories

Each one of us seeks their own personal weight loss sweet spot. I started MFP at one point had a 660 day consecituve streak. I found that for me CICO and a carb based diet just diesnt work. To get started use the default macros set by MFP. Once you understand what you are doing on here then tweak them. I believe the default are 50 carbs, 30 Protein and 20 fat atated in percents.

If you add a measureable amount then yes... Add the calories... But most spices have very little in the way of calories.

I guess my only recomendation is to pick which leg you want amputated. Amputation is the only guaranteed way to lose 35 to 40 lbs in 8 weeks. 8 to 12 would be safe, 16 maximum in that time frame but I doubt that is possible.

How long have you been eating this way? It took me a couple of months to get Keto adapted. For most of that time I either felt crummy... Keto flu for a couple of weeks or tired for 4 more weeks. I would give yourself upwards of 2 months to fully get adapted depending on your age. Remember YMMV.

First off how much are you drinking? I use sugar free Mio, In water and Truvia in coffee... It has not effected my loss at all. Generally all stalls, plateaus etc are related to 2 things. Calories under reported and calorie burn over reported. Yes calories do count. If you have stalled for more than a month look at these 2…
