True to an extent.... My SO and I are in this together... We support each other and at times call each other out on bad choices. I seriously do not believe either of us could do this alone.

According to your loss graph you have lost 13 lbs in 6 weeks... Over 2 lbs per week...in the middle of that you blow it up.... What exactly are you asking here? What are your expectations?

Water, coffee, tea, the only thing I add sweetener to is BPC and then just 1 package Stevia. I do allow a weekly Diet Coke.

I started lowered carb to fight high blood glucose. I cut carbs to 150 from about 300 per day. It helped but did not get me in the range I wanted. So I kept cutting... I found that in order to keep my numbers in the normal range... I had to go full on Ketogenic, so now I am keeping net carbs below 20 per day. YMMV... Test,…

I agree with the above poster... I am a type 2 and I control my BG eating about 20 carbs per day and no meds. Most of us on the low carber forum have medical issues.

Dan.... Oh heck yes.... Grass fed is always better. And yes I can definitely tell the difference. I am fortunate to have a butcher in town that sells it.. But it is expensive.

My dog needed some exercise today... So I decided to take her for a walk... Usually this is walk to the corner... Rest... Move to the next corner and repeat. Today we walk 2.5 miles non-stop... I am amped!!!

Congrats on the loss... Do not be suprised if your weight loss slows down or stops soon. You have lost a tremendous amount of weight in 3 months. What I find is that every so often my weight loss stops and allows my body to catch up.. Ie shrink. Then in a couple or few weeks the losses start again. Just keep on program and…

you really need to hit your macros... Fat for me seems to cut off my cravings for sugar. I had to force myself to eliminate sugar until I hit ketosis... Then I just did not crave it anymore. I just looked at your food log and you really need to increase your protein. You are no where near your goal.

Yup eating high fat was a problem until I discovered BPC... Now staying under is a bigger problem.

I tried it several years ago. From a nutrition standpoint it was fine. Lots of pills, and as someone said the shakes are pretty good. That being said it was guite expensive and really not worth the time or expense. Plus I was hungry the entire time I was on it.
