My wedding day was very happy for me. Yes, bingeing affects my mood, especially when I am upset, anxious and/or bored. That is when I'll binge.

I am doing 6w6p and wrapping up week 3. I haven't taken any pics or measurements yet, but plan on taking midway measurements after completing week 3. I took measurements before I started 6w6p. I feel stronger in my core and gaining more strength and endurance.
