I struggle too as my hubby makes it difficult for me. He brings home junk that I find it hard to resist, but I must try harder to resist. I had two binge days as a result of his junk. I really want to lose weight and keep it off. I was doing well until this point. Now, I am back at square one.

A few people have told me I look younger than my age. Yesterday, an acquaintance told me she could see I was losing weight. That made me very happy.

Day 30: ONE MONTH IN! WAY TO GO! Think you can make it 20 more days? List 3 reasons you want to keep going. 1) I don't want binging to have control over me. 2) I want a normal relationship with food 3) I don't want to have to feel guilty or self hatred after a binge.

I've done BFBM a few times and usually made it through circuit 3. I liked it, but yes it is a killer. I am doing RI30 right now and will be starting on week 2 tomorrow.

My husband sort of knows. I usually don't binge in front of him, but when he knows I eat the wrong stuff, he says to me " you're not going to lose weight eating all that stuff" or you're eating all the wrong foods" things like that. It does not help.

Day 38: What calms you down when you’re stressed out? Usually several things: A back rub from my hubby. My cat sitting in my lap and me petting her. A bath and soothing music. Like you, I've been feeling under the weather. I've had a cold and sore throat for several weeks so I have been taking it easy. I made myself a green smoothie. it was delicious! Something I will do for myself later is yoga to relax myself and clear my mind. Katemarus, congrats on declining those tortilla chips!

I am sweaty after one of my JM workouts. They are intense.

Yesterday not so much, but today is better. This morning, I made a green smoothie for breakfast. It consisted of spinach, kale, pure protein whey powder and a tangerine. I also ate a fugi apple. Day not done yet.

Healthy food is becoming an acquired taste. My faves are my morning green and fruit smoothies, salads, yogurt, cottage cheese and snacking on baby carrots.
