  • I like Leslie Sansone's 'You Can Do Pilates' dvd. It's great for beginners and she works your core. the dvd is broken into 3 segments and the last segment uses a resistance band which I like. You get a great workout and the dvd is on amazon.com. It got positive reviews.

  • Day 14: Do you think your binging is emotional? Yes, I do! I reach for the fridge and/or pantry when I am stressed, anxious depressed or bored. I too reach out for food when I am feeling any of the above feelings and once I get going, I cannot seem to stop my self until the food runs out or I feel sick.
  • Day 13: What are you doing to make sure you’re drinking enough water? (This is key!) I carry my water bottles with me wherever I go so I always have my water with me. This way, I am not tempted to buy soft drinks and load up on them. I have always been a huge water drinker and can never get enough.
  • Usually 5 - 6 days a week. I work out to Jillian Michaels dvs and at night, I like to do one of my yoga dvs to relax or Leslie Sansone's You can Do Pilates dvd. I too like to exercise early morning as a great way to start my day.
