I'm doing JM 6week 6pack and I'm on my 2nd week starting today. I have already done 30 day shred with results like lost weight and inches. I gained strength & endurance which I am still gaining in 6w6p. I did yoga meltdown over the weekend and that is quite a workout, too. I plan to do JM workouts this year.

Hi blueboxblues, this is my 2nd week on 6w6p and last week, I did 5 days and Saturday, I did yoga meltdown. Sunday, was a rest day. I know JM suggests 5 days, but it's really up to you if you do the 5 or 6. tdbernrd, you already looked toned, but more 6w6p can't hurt.

I am currently doing 6w6p and finished up my 1st week. I get really good workouts from it. I took measurements before I began 6w6p so I can make comparisons at the end of the 6th week. I make my smoothies at home. I use chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder and mix it with fruit I have on hand. I sometimes make green smoothies that are really good, too. I did yoga meltdown today and "whew, what a workout"? It is hard work, not gentle yoga. Mostly planks. Good thing I got used to planks from the 30 day shred. I was amazed as I was watching Basheera and Mattie turn over and over doing the side planks. I can manage a few seconds before I collapse. I do 6w6p during the week…

As long as you are moving that is cool. I have trouble with the planks, too. especially the side planks. Those side planks are really hard, especially on my wrists. I could barely hold them. Jinquinn, I think you have something about substituting them with the side crunches. I will do that. I need to work on the burpees, too.
