I have 6w6p and did level 1 once and it has many planks and variations of them. I am currently doing 30 day shred and finishing up level 2 which is planks. Tuesday, I will be moving on to level 3. I want to get the planks down in the shred before moving on to 6w6p.

I plan to start 6w6p after I finish 30 day shred. I am wrapping up level 2 of the shred and going to be starting level 3 Tuesday for the next 10 days before beginning 6w6p. I also have yoga meltdown. That's great that you'll be back in a bikini!

I too love walking with Leslie. She is motivating, encouraging and upbeat. I love when she tells you "you just did a mile". I have two of her walk dvd's and I love them. I love the light aerobics she has in them. When I want exercise that is low key, I can always walk with Leslie.

I'm pretty new to tea as I recently cut down on sodas and coffee. I am finding that I prefer tea to soda and coffee and it is zero calories. I have some green tea at home and use that. I have noticed fewer headaches and lower sodium as health benefits. Also I drink my tea w/o sugar, another benefit.

PW 200 lbs when I started MFP in Sept 1012 CW 184 lbs GW 125 - 130 lbs Weight loss has been slow due to binges and poor eating habits which I am working on changing right now. I am really grateful for the encouragement and support I am getting on mfp.

I'm doing 6w 6p after I complete the shred. I did level 1 of 6w 6p once and it has a lot of planks and variations of them in it so I am on level 2 of the shred so I can get the hang of the planks before moving on.

I love walking with Leslie. She is encouraging, motivating and upbeat. I have her Walk off the pounds: A mile each morning and Walk it off and Tone it up dvd's and I love them. I can usually only walk one mile, sometimes, two. Leslie's walk dvd's are for people of all ages. I am middle age and benefit from them. Walking is…

A support system helps. You can add me for support. I know counting calories and exercising can be cumbersome at times, but having support really helps. You are not alone!

I am currently doing the 30 ds and I have already lost some inches and I'm only on level 2. Haven't lost much weight because I have to work harder on changing my eating habits. The shred is hard when you first start out, but gets better each day you do it. Slowly, I am building my strength and endurance. You get a great…

Thanks, I will do that.

While many find your post offensive, I can see what you are saying about how bad fast foods are for you. I eat them, but trying to cut down. They are high in sodium as I see when I log them in. Many fast food places have salads and I order them instead of french fries. True, the dressing adds to calories, but you can get…

There are so many: chips, cookies, chocolate (I love chocolate), Dr Pepper, bread and cheese. These foods are my fixes and I couldn't do w/o them. I could eat a big bag of chips and cookies in one sitting. I'm not binging on these things nearly as often as I used to. I have replaced Dr Pepper with hot/iced tea which is…

Are you using a dvd like 30 Day Shred, level 2 which has a lot of planks? I am and I log it as circuit training. If you are doing planks on your own, I'm not sure how you'd log it. Circuit training is my guess.

Very interesting article. I will do my best to build muscle. I already drink lots of water. I liked her article. I found it very helpful. I will never be able to afford plastic surgery so I will have to do the next best things. Thanks for posting this!

Walk off the Pounds: A mile each day with Leslie Sansone. http://www.walkathome.com/about/leslie-sansone/ Oh, and I love yoga, too. Great for beginners and those who are out of shape. http://www.peggycappy.net/

What did it for me was hitting that 200 lb on my scale and I'm only 5'1. I knew if I kept going, I would end up at my old weight of 250 lbs and then some. It is hard to have to keep buying larger and larger sizes everytime, I'd gain weight and outgrow my clothes. This was another factor in my deciding to lose weight. Next…

Started L2 over on Jan 1st due to cold & flu. Had to take over a week off & lost my momentum I had built up so I need to get it back. I am on day 5 L2 now and I was sore in my upper arms, wrists and hands from the planks today. I am feeling better now that I am resting. Those plank twists are killer! That's when I have to…

After the shred, I plan on doing 6week 6pack or yoga meltdown or both. I did a workout in both and they had lots of planks like level 2, but more and variations of them. Level 2 of the shred will get me ready for them.
-
Awesome photos! The shred is doing wonder for you. Today was day 5 L2. My upper arms are sore today and so are my hands from the carpet. Those plank twists are really hard! I took most of my mini breaks during those to rest. Still working on my strength & endurance.

Plank twist and Jillian says it's for your abs. It is hard, I know. That is the the worst plank and the one where I always collapse several times.

just want to say that I'm the same way regarding food. I had a couple of bad days myself this week. I have problems doing things in moderation which is why I seldom buy large bags of chips or cookies because I know I would eat them in one sitting. If I get chips or cookies, it's better to get them in a 1 serving size (8oz)…

You are so right!
