It took me about 25lbs to notice significant change. But once I hit that point, the weight loss dropped but the body fat still dropped.

I think you need to up your calories to 5000 a day and only eat fats and carbs. High protein causes cancer and fat thighs.

I don't drink any high caffeine drinks any more and haven't done so since I've started taking my fitness and workouts more seriously. I'm going to go for a week without using any pre-workout then use some again next week to see if I notice a difference. Thanks for your response.

Try the Insanity or p90x workout DVDs. All that you need is some space a couple of dumbbells I believe. But in regards to you getting bored - Don't.

Can we just clarify this: LIFTING WEIGHTS DOES NOT ACTUALLY GET RID OF FAT. THE ONLY WAY TO GET RID OF FAT IS TO BE IN A CALORIC DEFICIT. Also losing weight does not equal losing body fat.

Does gaining weight matter? What matters is your appearance and your body fat %. Weight don't mean anything in that regard.

If you're bruising that easily, then I seriously advise you speak to your doctor immediately.

If you don't feel the need to have at least 1 rest day during the week from exercise then you're doing it wrong.

Summed it up nicely in one go. You can obviously do some body weight exercises like planks, crunches, sit-ups, medicine ball twists, leg raises etc to build muscle in the mid section.

Agreed with Lyadeia. Most BF Scales are inaccurate as hell. The best way to monitor fat loss is by taking pictures/measurements and comparing.

There are tens of thousands of videos on youtube on how to do certain free weight exercises. Watch them and then practice them with light weight before you go higher in weight. However, this won't get rid of the fat on your belly. The only way to do that is be in a caloric deficit. So keep going.

This is by far the most moronic thing I've read on these forums since "lifting weights will make me bulky". Women are far more cynical of appearance.

There is no real 100% way to measure how many calories you have burnt during a workout. I wouldn't take any reading you get as gospel.

Today in the gym there was a woman doing leg raises on a bench. Good for her, that's an awesome ab exercise. However. What she didn't need to do was spread her bum cheeks every time she raised her legs. In front of the mirror. In front of everyone. Nobody needs to know about her itchy and un-wiped bum hole.
