Well, you could always say to them: "Well, you're fat now and you look pig ugly. Go *kitten* yourself *kitten*". But your probably far more polite than I am. Good work on your weight loss, screw those guys.

Read this before, pretty funny stuff.

My girl friend has been consistently lifting now for about 2 years and she can still barely do a push up. It confuses me haha

If you don't want to waste your money on things that aren't worthwhile then get your set a decent set of dumbbells, an Olympic barbell and some plates.

If you're a nurse working long hours, I would seriously reconsider doing keto. You will become the grumpiest, irritable, exhausted version of yourself, not too mention you'll probably get plenty of headaches, all of which will affect your performance in the work place. I'm not going to deny it, I did keto for about 3…

And what are you going to do to achieve that?
-
That still doesn't get past the fact that it's mathematically impossible for you to travel the same distance at a faster pace in a slower amount of time. My feeling is that you recorded your first time in error.
-
Personally, I use the ctrl+alt+del diet.

I like Planet Fitness memes.

This mathematically isn't possible. If you're speed has increased and you're travelling the same distance, the time taken to travel will be faster. I think you need to review your times more accurately.

If you're eating at a caloric deficit you're losing weight. Take photos and measurements of your body. Congrats.

I work out 6 days in a row then have a rest day. It's up to you.

Yes.

Never seen the point of switch from cardio machine to cardio machine. Cardio is cardio. Doesn't really matter what you do as long as you get your heart rate up. Just hop on the machine you like best and stick with it. Of course, you could always start lifting.

Why do you care what your weight is if you have visible evidence that you're losing body fat? Keep doing what you're doing and get rid of your scales. Measure your progress by photos and body measurements.

Could incorporate some creatine.

£54 and it's a crap Virgin Gym, but it's the only gym near me with a "usable" weights section. FML.

1) Depends what exercises you're doing and how hard you're going. 2) Depends what kind of cardio you're doing. Personally, I do around 20-30 minutes after every workout. Nothing strenuous, just to get my heart rate up. 3) Depends on you. I workout 6 days a week. Remember, the more you workout, the more you can eat. 4) PG…

Adjust your calories to suit your lack of exercise and then eat accordingly: http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ Although, you could do some HIIT workouts that take ~10-15 minutes to do if you don't have time to go to the gym.

This thread right here is why they should teach proper nutrition in school, at least during PE.
-
Well yeah, anyone can!
-
I don't usually sleep after work before a work out. Have some coffee before I leave work and head straight to the gym.
-
Why aren't people flagging this?

Do some HIIT workouts. A good example is to walk on a tread mill for 1 minute and then run as fast as you can for 30 seconds to a minute. Do this for 10-15 minutes. There are several variants of this you can do, have a Google.
