No. Everything that you need to know about weight loss or getting a "bikini body" can be found online for free. Just spend an afternoon researching.
-
I recommend photos and a tape measure.

How do you know you've plateaued? Have you tried other ways of measuring your progress? Photos? Measurements? If you're in a caloric deficit, you'll be losing body fat, I guarantee it. Be patient, be consistent and eventually the scale will move. However I suggest that you start to have some other method of measuring your…

You can't target fat loss. Your body decides where it wants to lose fat. Keep exercises regularly and eating within a caloric deficit and it'll go eventually. You'll just have to be patient.
-
Both are perfectly fine.

Don't use machines - Use free weights. By the "big arms" comment, I can only assume you're a woman. YOU WILL NOT GET BIG ARMS OR "BULKY" FROM LIFTING WEIGHTS. You do not have the testosterone levels in order to achieve a "manly" physique. Oh also if you want nice legs, you need to squat and squat a lot. Do all the squats.…

Although I'm not as heavy as you, I have the exact same thing. The top of my abs are visible, albeit not that visible but you can definitely see them, my mid section of course you cannot. Very strange, I hope it's good genetics!
-
Can you please share your stats? Age, height, weight, how many times a week do you work out? By looking at your food diary I've noticed some days you have a 1.5k calorie limit and others you have 1.9k
-
Wow, I'd be exhausted if I were doing all of that! Perhaps you should try sticking to walking and then one or two of the other things that you enjoy the most?
-
I don't mean to sound rude but from the looks of your diary, your only method of working out is walking. I couldn't think of anything more dull. Perhaps you should try lifting? Great release of endorphins from that.
-
It took me about 3 months to feel like I was properly into working out. It came after I noticed a big change in my appearance after looking in the mirror. I looked better than I did before so that motivated me to keep going. Still have a long way to go.
-
I still don't get why people choose to buy stuff like this when they can just spend one afternoon doing research on the internet using sites such as Youtube or MFP. Everything you need to know about diet and exercise can be found online for free.
-
Being in a caloric deficit reduces your body fat. Cardio simply allows you to eat more and become healthier. Weight Training makes you aesthetically pleasing and healthier still.
-
Could always go before work, I do. Regardless - In that case, do what you enjoy most so you don't lose motivation and make sure your diet is in check.
-
Do not trust scales to monitor your progress. Use photos and measurements.
-
In the diary entries I saw on MFP, you're always very close or just going over your daily calorie limit. Something tells me that you're not accurately recording or measuring your food intake. Lower your calorie limit for that day, the only thing that makes you lose weight is being in a caloric deficit.
-
They both are. Just do your 5 days a week of lifting followed by a 30 minute walk on a 10% incline.
-
Pretty much this.

http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ - Use this tool to work out accurately how many calories you should consume each day a long with a reasonable macro split. I will also recommend that you follow this workout guide: www.buffdudes.us/2014/04/buff-dudes-12-week-plan.html - It worked for me, it can certainly work for you.…

You're wasting your time. The only proven way for you to lose weight in a healthy and controllable way is to eat within a caloric deficit; throwing in some kind of cardio or weightlifting regime won't hurt either. Also... Since when did your blood type affect what type of macronutrients you should consume? Is that a thing?
-
I use it to follow a workout and listen to music. Unless I'm calling someone, don't judge me. You're more at fault for giving a damn about someone else instead of focusing on your own workout.

I don't really dig the tattoos. And for that reason, I'm a pass.
-
Are you male or female and how old are you?
-
Heres a tip: Get rid of your scales. They throw ill-informed people off. Last night I weighed myself and I was 204lbs, this morning I was 196lbs. Besides, the 1/2lb is probably water weight. A better measurement of your progress is to take pictures and to measure yourself with a tape measure.

Hello, welcome to MFP. First things first: You cannot spot reduce fat from certain areas of your body. Please remember this. No amount of curls or tricep push downs, sit ups etc will not make you lose fat from your arms or your belly. The only way to lose fat it to stay in a caloric deficit. If you want a simple workout…

If you don't mind looking like a weiner in the gym; glute bridges: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vhxhgkYHeWg
-
http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ - Do this, I find this is far better. Just don't eat back the calories you burn during workouts if you log it on MFP.
-
Ok first things first: You will not "bulk up". Assuming from what you've written, you still want to lose body fat so you'll still be eating at a caloric deficit. You can only put on significant muscle mass from eating in a caloric surplus, known as "bulking". And if you want to build strength, then hands down the best…

You can't really ask a question like that. Only you know what your body is truly capable of. Add weight and if it's too easy, go heavier. Rinse and repeat until you start to feel it.
