I think you'll find that anyone that is serious about their fitness goals prepares their meals ahead of time. I usually do mine on a sunday for the next 3-4 days which usually consists of Chicken marinated in BBQ sauce with rice and a bit of mixed veg. It takes an hour to do and is very little effort.

Exercise is supposed to make you sleep better, not worse. I know this sounds simple, but have you considered just going to bed a little earlier?

The fact you had to post this question should tell you that it's a bad idea. Stick to traditional methods instead of trying to find a quick fix.

Want to eat more? Join a gym, lift some weights. Then you can eat near 2500 calories and still lose weight. Amazing, isn't it?

Personally, I prefer the other form of intermittent fasting where I only eat between 12pm-8pm every day and I work out fasted. I've lost weight far quicker using this method than when I just ate at whatever time. Do I have a scientific explanation for this? No. But it works for me.

Doesn't matter what your weight is, as long as you look good. Regardless, we need to know more about you. How many calories a day do you eat? What is your TDEE?

You cannot bulk if you are in a caloric deficit, and running will not make you lose fat specifically in your legs. If you want to get good looking legs then might I suggest you add some weight lifting to your exercise regime. The only reason why you're gaining fat is because you're eating too much. Eat less and measure everything.

Why is nobody telling her that eating a low carb diet is completely pointless? Find your TDEE result. Cut 15-25% of it depending on how much you NEED to lose. Stick to decent macro split of 40/40/20 (carbs, proteins, fats). Exercise with cardio + resistance. Sorted.
