I posted this to someone else before, so here you go. The steps to losing weight: 1) Find your TDEE. There are numerous TDEE calculators over the internet. Use about 5 of them and take an average from them. Make sure you're 100% honest with them or the results won't help you. 2) Subtract a reasonable deficit from this…

This. I just posted 2 very lengthy and very informative private messages to her. Giving her an example of what her caloric intake should be, what her macros should be, an example workout routine and I get the feeling that she isn't really interested nor wants to put in any additional effort to achieve her goals. I'm sorry…

Your question was either 1 of 2 things. 1) Not that serious and probably stupid. 2) Too difficult. Get over it, if it was that serious you should be asking your doctor, not anonymous people on the internet.
-
That all depends on your TDEE and your activity level.

Why do the scales matter? Measure yourself and take photos. It's a much better way of monitoring progress. Scales are lame.

If you can get a bench that would be fantastic. Just make sure it comes with a holder so you can put the weight back once you're finished with certain exercises. If you're going to do the 5x5 routine, then they recommend 3 days a week like this: Week1: Monday - Workout A Tuesday - Rest Wednesday - Workout B Thursday - Rest…
