Thank you! I want to keep going :)

Thank you! I've basically just cut back my calories and started working out 6-7 days a week. I also eat a lot healthier than I was. No pasta or white bread, etc. I've also learned to not make my diet too strict or I won't stick to it. I basically eat whatever I want now. Choosing to eat healthy isn't hard for me anymore…

I agree about too many people focusing on a number rather than health and fitness :)

I'm glad I could help!! :)

This is about two months difference

I have done low carb and reduced calories which is what I heard weight watchers is. In my opinion, reduced calorie is better, easier, healthier, and sustainable

Thank you :) And I agree. That's why I said I'm more about how I feel rather than a number. I want to lose more because I know I still have a good amount to lose from my thighs. I've always carried more weight on my legs than on my stomach. I want to continue doing cardio to get to a lower body fat percentage and then…

Around 1200 but I don't eat back the calories I burn. Some people do. I'm not pushing anything on anyone. It's just what I do personally. :)

Thank you! :)

I do mostly the elliptical and run outside sometimes. I don't like treadmills. Sometimes I do other workouts, but I'd say the elliptical is my go to. I try to burn at least 400 calories 6 times a week. I also just ordered a Polar heart rate monitor so now I'll be able to track calories more accurately. :)

Thanks everyone :) This is about 2 months difference for those who asked.

About two months :)

You will, just keep it up! And take pictures! When I look in the mirror I don't see a change, but when I look at pictures, I definitely do. It helps :)

I figured it out!

I started at 180 and am down to 154 and started at a full 36 DD and now 36 DD fits me pretty well... so basically no change lol

Sugar in fruit are better than sugars from a candy bar or some other processed food. It won't cause a spike in blood sugar as much as something like a candy bar would because there is other stuff in it that will make it a more steady source, such as fiber. There is also a different amount of sugar in different fruits...…

Feel free to add me too! I'm on every day! :)

Thanks for all the responses! I just tried it and it was delicious! I had it with marinara sauce and some cut up chunks of chicken and it was sooo good. Definitely will start eating it more. A huge portion with a generous amount of sauce was only 232 calories, including the chicken. Can't beat that. :)

If you google it, I'm sure a lot of information will come up. It's something vegetarians have to deal with. You can also make protein shakes since you already drink milk

Wheat, rice, and sugarcane all come out of the ground. Just thought you'd like to know. There's no such thing as a "good" or "bad" carb, that's just mythical marketing that the diet industry uses to make money. [/quote]" Am I wrong in thinking that whole foods (Good Carbs) (brown rice, brown pasta, rye bread) "better" that…

Interesting! Thanks for a link.... I like to actually read them for myself

Are you going to continue eating like that after you reach your goal weight, or are you going to start adding whole grains and things like that back into your diet after?
