I was a 36DD before and still wear a 36DD but before e I filled it all the way out and now it just fits better into a DD. There is just some loose skin when I lay down, not when I stand up or anything

I don't really need to stay motivated about eating healthy anymore. It's just the way I eat now. Wanting to look good for bikini season motivates me to go to the gym. :)

I didn't really have one actually. I've always wanted to lose weight and be smaller ever since I could remember. I think 6 is the youngest I can remember wanting to be smaller. I didn't start actually dieting and actively trying until 12 though.

No, I just use my heart rate monitor and burn calories. Sometimes I'll stay on one machine the whole hour. Sometimes I'll use three different machines. Just whatever I feel like doing that day lol

Like I said, it's not unhealthy in moderation. How am I spreading bad information with better alternatives to foods people like to eat? I don't know what you base your logic on, but I base mine on science, what I have studied for the past four years, and what I see in my patients on a daily basis.

Yes, and it is fine to eat things that taste good but are unhealthy in moderation. But, no one needs recipes for those things. They are easy to find. And you don't need to have a medical condition to worry about blood sugar spikes. It's not healthy for anyone. Yes, some people have more of a genetic predisposition to…

Have you read the nutrition facts and ingredients on the box of pancake mix? Majority of the time the main ingredient is white flour. White flour has a high glycemic index which will spike your blood sugar. Not to mention, it has basically no nutritional value.

Thank you :) Some people carry more weight around their abdomen and some do more around their hips and thighs. I'm one of the latter so weight just comes off my stomach that way naturally.
