Best tasting protein powder?
Aaaaaand go! I'm really picky about protein powder. I want it to taste good if I'm going to drink it every day. I have multiple tubs that are basically full just because the taste was less than great. Right now I really like the syntha 6 peanut butter cookie but I like to switch it up so I want something else I'll like

Breast after weight loss....
Did you have loose skin after weight loss? If so, did it tighten on its own? I've gone from a full DD to a small DD or big D. I've already noticed some loose skin. I still want to lose another 15 pounds or so but I'm scared the loose skin will get worse. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Were you happy when you reached your goal weight?
I'm 5'6. My highest weight was about 190. I'm now 149. My goal weight is 135-140 but I feel like I'm close to that goal and still no happiest with how I look. Advice on best running shoes?
Runners, what are your favorite running shoes? I am about 4 pounds away from goal weight 2, and my reward is a new pair of running shoes. I tend to get shin splints so if there are any shoes that are supposed to help with that, I'd love to know. Right now I am leaning towards getting Asics. Thanks for any input! :)

Scale changes but mirror doesn't?
The scale keeps going down, but honestly I don't see any change when I look in the mirror. Does this happen with anyone else?

Halfway to goal weight....

What is it exactly? Is it a way of counting calories or what exactly is it? I know someone that did it and she just said that it made her stop eating fast food and pay attentions to calories and she lost about 75 pounds, so I was just curious what it is... Thanks :)
