Sorry I didn't check in yesterday, I was in Disney! Talk about diet sabotage! I tried to sticknto salads for lunch and chicken for dinner. I maintained my weight, thanks to lots of walking and a 13 mile run! Still at 165, hopefully back on track today and losing 2 lbs this week!

Hi! I am super excited to be part of this. My daughter will be one on Dec. 14, so I am hoping to lose 15-20 lbs by then! My current weight is 165. My goal is 150 (yikes!) by Dec. Oh, I am 5'10" so going below 145 would be super hard for me.

I would say to eat something small before your workout and save a light dinner for after. Can you prep dinner before the pool, then just reheat after, to save you some time? I am starving after a pool workout, so i would be reaching for convenience foods if I didn't have something prepared ahead of time.

Not letting myself getmthat hungry is the only way I can prevent it. I try to always have almonds or a granola bar in the car, so I can try to resist the drive thru.

I want in on this challenge too. Caly will be 1 on Dec 14, I'd love to lose 10-15 lbs by then!!!
