Obviously too much exercise could become an unhealthy habit. But is working out twice a day a bad thing? I did a 60 min step class this morning and am looking to do something else this afternoon. I am going to Disney world tomorrow and I am trying to think of some healthy snacks to bring that are easily portable. I will bring an apple for w lunch and some granola bars and almonds. Ughhhh
i seriously feel like I have a food hangover! I had family visiting yesterday, so we went out to eat- had a chicken sandwich- no bun, asked for no mayo but it came on it... And the chicken I thought was going to be grilled was fried. And a side of French fries. At least I stuck to water and skipped dessert. Ff to dinner...…
