I look the other way for that and sugar. I usually eat eggs for breakfast, Greek yogurt for snack, chicken for lunch and another protein for dinner, and I come in over my protein almost everyday!

I have a hard time making smart choices when eating out. Something I am trying to work on. Thanks for your support. And I should have sent the chicken back, but it was my fault for not asking questions on how the chicken was prepared. Live and learn I suppose.

I'd say go without the sweetener if possible. I drink my coffee w organic skim milk (I also use Newmans Own Organic coffee). I like the taste of the coffee and the milk doesn't make it too thick.
