wanted to show you what 6 weeks of running does! (i had most of these muscles before but now i'm more defined)

    Thats great, I have always wanted to be a runner. I am going to alternate that with an exercise dvd I think.

    how far/long do you run?

    right now i'm doing sparkspeople.com's 8 week rookie training program....i run from 30 to 40 mins 3xs a week. i did a 5k 2 months ago and have another 4.5 weeks (july 4th).

    i run 3xs a week right now and the other 3 days i do dvd's (jillian michael's) and weights and other cardio things.
