i just started MFP today, and am a little concerned by something. According to MFP i am not allowed any more protein and i haven't even had dinner yet. That isn't going to work for me, i like to eat protein with every meal. Has anyone else had this concern?

I changed my protein settings...MFP has them set WAY too low!
  • I don't think it's a problem at all. Your protein intake depends on your fitness goals. I'm trying to gain muscle, and MFP has it set too low, in my opinion. You can just recalculate your intake and then change it in your MFP plan:

Its not accurate on the protein intake. I weight lift and eat proten alllll day every day and Im over all the time. I should really change it but I stay under my calorie intake, fat and all the other naughties, most days :)

I look the other way for that and sugar. I usually eat eggs for breakfast, Greek yogurt for snack, chicken for lunch and another protein for dinner, and I come in over my protein almost everyday!
