Disney world!

I am going to Disney world tomorrow and I am trying to think of some healthy snacks to bring that are easily portable. I will bring an apple for w lunch and some granola bars and almonds. Any other ideas? We won't have a fridge so yogurt, cheese, eggs, etc are out. Breakfast will be a tough meal for me... Bc I LOVE those big fluffy pancakes w syrup and butter! For lunches I should be able to find a salad and and I'm hoping to find grilled chicken sandwiches for lunch. It won't be a perfect eating weekend, but I am going to make the best of it. Any good tips, I'm all ears!!
