since menopause, I have become gluten sensitive (learned through testing)., Clearly there is something to this. I too gained weight through menopause and am now struggling to take it off. You really have to be good to see any results! Great that we can support each other.

I am new to gluten free as well and I also have a sensitivity to calcium. I thought pizza was gone for good until I found I could use a gf tortilla as the base, add cooked chicken, peppers, tomatoes and a little goat cheese which I seem to be able to tolerate. Sprinkle with oregano and bake at 400 about 15 minutes. It is…

Sometimes I add a little cranberry juice to water for flavour - can you keep a bottle of cranberry juice cold and then just add enough to colour it! It tastes great and is also good for you! Re Crystal Light, watch the chemicals! A few sprinkles of it in your water will give flavour and not too many chemicals - aspartame…

Clothes keep me motivated - getting back into favourites ... still don't want to track measurements - good for you for being able to do this .. for me it is all about what fits ... and what doesn't!

I'm between 5'8" and 5'9" and my goal weight is 148. I know I can maintain that ... once I get there! The pic I am using for my profile is just a bit under that weight. The pic motivates me to get back there!!! It was only a couple of years ago. Years ago, they said that a good rule of thumb was 100 pounds for 5' and then…

I am new to this program, just a couple of days now - I eat one toast with natural peanut butter and coffee for breakfast, protein and veg for lunch and protein, veg and a little carb for dinner. I have a glass of wine with dinner and I am adding some exercise - 30 minutes on treadmill with a fairly good pace two to three…
