SOS. Swollen stomach?

My stomach is swollen since 10 days and sometimes it even aches. I've eaten about 2 peaches, an apple, a tomato and a cucumber a day in the last 7 days. I cut the sugars like chocolate, but my stomach is still swollen. I get colastra, zinc, siberian ginseng, acetyl l-carnitine and a packet of fos syrup daily. My fibres are good. I manage to eat at least a meal containing oat bran, yogurt and whole-wheat bread.
I can't train as hard as I want and when I start running on the treadmill or when I do few sit ups my stomach starts aching and swelling.
What do you think?

my stomach gets ridiculously swollen with gluten ...

ETA: Ok i checked your diary and you are eating more. try leaving out the gluten stuff for a week and see how you feel.0 -

I had a similar situation with my gallbladder. Would make me swell/bloat up anytime I ate just a little food or did anything strenuous.
Go to the Doctor ASAP, don't cut food and hope it goes away. It could be VERY serious.0 -

It's definitely from eating so much fruit consistently. All of the fiber in fruit makes you poop a LOT and can upset your stomach if you eat tway too much and it makes you bloated.0

OK. I went to my doctor today and she said I have colitis. She prescripted a probiotic and and a powder for a swollen stomach. I have mainly to eat liquid food. Any recipes?0
