I drank lots of water and ate something very small at 6pm. I only did this maybe 2 times in 18 months, but it always helped me when I was stuck.

Never tried it. I take a B complex vit and it gives me a lot of energy!

I know exactly what you're going through! Most people will probably not agree but what I did was fast for a day and that worked for me!!

I use to drink lots of diet cokes and quit drinking it 3 months ago and not only do I feel so much better but I lost the last 7Ibs very easy. I think even the diet drinks keep you from losing.

Yes, I hide cookies and sweets from my hubby all of the time! Have to find new places because he finds them sometimes:laugh:

Hi! I'm 5'5 and went from 165 to 121. I'm new to MFP so don't have a lot of pics yet.

This is exactly me! I feel like I'm gonna throw up. I know my iron is fine cause gave blood not too long ago but I dont remember if they check blood sugar (don't think so). Anyways, I just need to get a check up.

I'm not a big cottage cheese fan but will try to eat something before bed to see if that helps.

I was thinking about getting my blood sugar checked. Guess I need to do that. My calorie intake is around 1700 so don't think it's that.

I'm kind of concerned because I don't think I should feel sick. It's the only meal I feel like that. Most people I know don't eat breakfast or wait about an hour then eat. I have to eat first thing.

I just realized I may sound like a lush! LOL! When I say I drink a few times a week. I mean I might have 1 or may 2 glasses of wine once or twice a week.

I probably eat around 1700 to maintain but I think I need to lose a few more lbs so will probably drop to 1400. :I just joined so haven't added to diary. Will start today:) Yes, I do weights 5 days a week but not same muscles. What is HIIT workout?

Thanks! I have 2 kids too! I've never done yoga but I think I might give it a try because everyone I see that does yoga looks awesome!
