I know its easy to succumb to eating small amounts to get skinny.....
but I just wanted to share this :
I dropped pant sizes faster by lifting heavy....and eating enough to feed my muscles. Be healthy and strong ladies! The world doesn't need more scrawny magazine chicks around.

I've actually gotten bigger from all the muscle I gained lifting heavy. I keep tearing the seams on my shirts and I have to walk through doors sideways.0

I love losing weight and getting stronger eating around 3000 calories a day. The scale is slowing down, but the inches keep dropping:)0
