Hi all! I'm 5'1" and 175. I've been up to 230 lbs so this weight feels much better and unfortunately since I'm 48 yo, it is much harder to get rid of this weight. Married for 14yrs and widowed. Have three wonderful kids. Remarried way to soon, lasted 10 yrs, ended in divorce in 07. Ive dated some but each relationship ends because its too much work to stay real and heal. Hard to handle when I do soo much to learn how to be healthier in heart and mind.
