I typically weigh myself when I feel my clothes fit different. I only really gain weight in two area and can tell when the scale shifts a little. I only step on the scale when I can consistently tell I've lost a inch or so in that area.

Your BF% will look completely different from some of these pictures if you have a different body shape. I mean I have <30% BF but I'd love to have a body like 30% haha just won't happen because I'm not proportioned that way.

I'd say try to stay between 1200 and 1500. Trade your walking for heavier weights and I think you'll see a change in your body. Cardio 5-6x a week is great, but muscle burns fat much faster and upping weights/strength will help you burn fat more efficiently. That is what personally works for me.

It's currently that TMO for me and while I've seen no gain in my scale... I've also seen no loss on the scale or inches even though I've worked really hard the past two weeks. It's frustrating. I'm hoping TMO is to be blamed but we shall have to wait and see! It's a convenient "feel better" excuse for now!

I'm super lucky to work in a shopping center now instead of a mall! Mall food is such a diet killer! I work at World Market now though so if I do get hungry we have a fair amount of healthy yummy foods to pick from! Such a life saver.

Quinoa was my all time favorite protein when I was a vegan! Beans, lentils, legumes, nuts, whole grain bread, brown rice, and barley! I'm a huge nut fan and it always gave me such lasting energy too. Always buy in bulk when possible!!!
