So I understand that if I'm burning all these extra calories at day at the gym on top of my active lifestyle that I should be eating more to help my body out. My progress so far!
I was too embarrassed to take any before pictures but this is today after my work out! I did not look like this when I started! The scale hasn't moved much for me and inches haven't really gone anywhere but I can def tell the difference!

No scale movement, but I'm progressing.
Thursday are my weigh in days and my scale did not move today. Maybe because it's that TMO or maybe because I'm gaining muscle who knows, but I'm trying not to beat myself up too much.
