I started using MYP maybe two weeks ago, but just now learned that there was an actual site attached to the app!
My name is Ange and here's a little bit about my weight story!
I've always been average size. About a yearish ago I was a sexy (imo haha) and confident size 9 who loved my body. I took a job touring the country full time doing motivational assemblies in schools. We only had $15 a day to spend on food and usually had no time to stop at a decent place in between our drives between schools in different cities (and usually different states). Our drives were usually 5-9 hours a day after working in schools from 6am-11am. Our hotels were also always run down and cheap usually without a microwave or a fridge. So because of this my eating went downhill and so did my weight.
I did the best I could with Taco Bells and take outs being the norm but of course it's going to have a negative impact. In the last few months it finally started showing up. I gained 15 pounds and on my tiny 5' frame it meant looking much bigger than I have ever looked in my life. Super depressing to not fit into any of your clothes and come home looking worse than when you left. No one enjoys that.
So now I'm here. Off the road, back to normal eating habits and trying to get off this dreaded weight! I work out 6 days a week and work my retail manager job. I'm glad I got to go around the country and talk to over 100,000 kids, but sheesh they better be thankful for the price it took on my body! haha.

Awesome, welcome! I'm pretty new too.
The motivational gig sounds awesome though, good for you! I've worked a ton of retail too in my day, lol, it is sooo hard to avoid nasty (but delicious) mall food!

I'm super lucky to work in a shopping center now instead of a mall! Mall food is such a diet killer! I work at World Market now though so if I do get hungry we have a fair amount of healthy yummy foods to pick from! Such a life saver.0
