I was too embarrassed to take any before pictures but this is today after my work out!



I did not look like this when I started! The scale hasn't moved much for me and inches haven't really gone anywhere but I can def tell the difference!

haven`T lost anything scale wise in 6 months. But lose .2 in body fat each week. Inches don`t look like much for me either. I wonder where is this body fat coming from. Somehow my clothes can tell.
