I'm also 5"2 but my calorie intake is between 1000 to 1200 cals and I'm continually loosing 1kg per week. You may need to decrease your calorie intake in order to loose weight.

I have 29 kilos to loose but for this December, 4 kilos, that's 1 kilo per week. Hope I can achieve it. Starting weight: 79.8kg 1st goal weight: 76kg Height: 157cm

I also have both knees that are sore especially on winters or cold days. My physiotherapist prevented me from jumping on hard ground, lunges and squatting to prevent sore knees. I just walk or do spin (stationery bikes) as my exercise.
