I have lost and gained a number of times. At my highest weight now, and more lethargic than ever. Need to get things back on track! Feel free to add me.

I'm looking to lose about 50 lbs. Have struggled with weight my entire life, but have slowly seen the numbers creeping up fast. And the motivation dropping. Need to get on track!

I'm just starting up again after a two year and many pounds. Need to get back on track. Would like to hear from people with simple, healthy meal ideas, and fun exercise ideas. I'm not all that interested in the gym. I like the outdoors and small groups over large gatherings.

So glad to hear from all the slow ones out there. Even though I'm very happy I"m running at all, I always felt I was the slowest out there. Even with time, I don't seem to be getting much faster. I can go abit further, but still very slow. Takes me almost 30minutes for just 4km.....working my way up to 5km.
